The purpose of Appropriate Initiative for Mediation & Legal Service Center (AIMLSC)is to offer professional mediation, legal support, and arbitration services to individuals, organizations, and communities, with the goal of promoting peace, justice, and the rule of law. Founded by Adv. Lubna Yeasmin, who has over 24 years of experience in public health and 15 years as a practicing lawyer, AIMLSC focuses on creating accessible pathways to justice and conflict resolution. Adv. Yeasmin is also a dedicated activist for non-violence and peace, having completed specialized courses on Non-Violence and Peace from prestigious international institutions.

Through her vast experience in both public health and law, coupled with her commitment to restorative justice, Lubna has a unique ability to approach mediation and legal services with a holistic understanding of the human experience. AIMLSC provides a comprehensive range of services aimed at resolving disputes through mediation and legal consultations, while fostering reconciliation, mutual understanding, and peace. Our mission is to promote social justice, equitable access to legal resources, and peaceful conflict resolution, enhancing both personal and community well-being. With this in mind, AIMLSC is committed to building a more peaceful and just society by offering professional legal and mediation services based on the principles of non-violence, restorative justice, and human rights.
